Rajal has over 25 years of principal investment, management consulting, corporate finance and operations experience across Africa, Asia and Europe. His expertise includes investments, strategy, performance improvements/value creation, M & A, due diligence and business development. Rajal was a founding partner of Catalyst Principal Partners – a leading east African focused private equity fund manager. He was previously the Business Development Director for Africa at Diageo, a management consultant for Marakon Associates and a corporate finance executive at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Rajal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and an MBA from the London Business School (Dean’s list). He is also a CFA Charterholder.
